To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aforsteclx Training s.r.o. and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or relating to your use of the Site.
To the extent that we are liable for direct damages, our total liability will be capped at the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aforsteclx Training s.r.o. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your submission of content or information that infringes the rights of a third party or violates applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
